IT IS A FEDERAL AND STATE OF FLORIDA LAW NOT TO DISTURB COASTAL SAND DUNES AND SEA OATS! I informed these young spring breakers of the law and they removed their sound system from the Sand Dune after I called the Sherriff's Department, which arrived a few minutes later. I'm sure that this was an innocent incident where they did not know that our sand dunes and sea oats are protected. We need to do a better job in educating young people and adults about not disturbing Florida's coastal sand dunes and sea oats. It's the law!
