747 jumbo jet lazily taking off. A great sight, and rare from such a close distance.

I had a chance for only one shot - with a manual focus camera, manual rewind, and catching
a fast moving subject. But on that day, luck worked in my favour. The light, the lift off just
above the tunnel, the curving road which crosses underneath the runway.

Even the bushes on the right ended up adding depth and balance to the composition. Just cover the
branches with your hand (or check out another image of a Korean 747 taking off at the same location) to see
how without the tree this photo would not have been the same.
