The extended family of Vivian and Lester Osborne have enjoyed owning land on the James River since 1972. There is no real "cabin" as such, just an old skidhouse that serves as a cookshack and shelter from the elements. The place is also referred to as "the land" and "the moose pasture", perhaps more fitting names.
