Jayne, Carrie, John and Kristin Gustafson


Carrie and I have enjoyed the website. Since we will not be able to attend
the reunion, thought we would contribute a short summary of the past 30 years.

Hard to believe that high school was 30 years ago - time does fly when you are having fun.
Carrie and I have lived too many places and seen too many wonderful things in our 31 years
together to tell it all, but here are some highlights. We have two daughters. Our oldest,
Kristin, graduated from UPenn last year and is a labor and delivery nurse in Princeton, NJ
and is getting married this August. Our youngest, Jayne, will graduate from high school this
summer and head off to NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts to study acting in the fall. Since we
will then have an empty nest we’re taking advantage of the opportunity to go on a four-year
assignment with Shell in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We’ve enjoyed our last eight years in southern
California, but are looking forward to the adventure ahead! We’re having fun seeing all the
pictures and hearing all the news from the class of 1978. Sorry we will not be able to make
the reunion, but it’s nice of you all to hold it on my (John's) birthday.
