NGC 6946 Spiral Galaxy type Sc, in Cepheus. Taken Sept. 3 & 12, 2006 with a DSI Pro II on a C8NGT (8"
Newtonian f5 and ASGT mount). L and B subframes were 75 sec and the R & G subframes were 60 and 75
sec. L:R:G:B (min) = 55:51:34:30. Color balanced with G2V star and corrections for exposure
times. Captured with Envisage, calibrated and Drizzle combined in Iris with other processing using
PixInsight LE and Photoshop CS. North is up.
