My sis and I went to a nature preserve area and took a guided hike yesterday. Cold, gray, day - but it was still quite enjoyable just to be out and about. It's supposed to be a wonderful area for butterflies when it's warmer, so we may have to go back then. It's called the Kamama Prairie.

"Wait a minute" tree...that's what we always called these locust (I think) trees because of these wicked thorny things. They always grab on to clothes and coats making you "wait a minute" to unhook yourself.
