Dinner at Zura's with her family, and touring central Bishkek, including the Kyrgyz "White House," with Zura's son Askar and his classmates. The centerpiece of our dinner was manti, a steamed dumpling stuffed with ground lamb, and served with fresh crushed tomato sauce --- delicious.
