Thanks, longbachnguyen. I live about 4 miles east of this location, and I think we'll be OK. This location is where I lived as a child.

The Corps of Engineers is dithering about opening the Morganza spillway because of all the flooding it's going to cause there, but they can't wait too long. It's going to be a close thing here, and any rain in the Missouri, Ohio and Mississippi River Valleys might send it over the top..
