Käppele (Pilgrimage Church)
Build between 1748 and 1750 by Balthasar Neumann. This church boasts magnificent fresco and stucco works. Life-size stations of the cross line the church and were designed and sculpted by P. Wagner between 1767 and 1778. Make sure that after climbing the 352 stairs you turn around and soak in the view of the Marienberg Fortress.
