Abalos. Iglesia de San Esteban Protomártir

Built in the 16th century it has been listed as a national monument. The church has a perfectly executed Catholic Monarchs doorway.
It is a very stylish single nave building with a high chancel. Its beautiful Baroque tower, dating back to 1740, comprises two bodies: one with a quadrangular base and the other higher with an octagonal base ending in a polygonal dome.
