In spite of its functional use, the caretakerīs lodge is structured like any typical house, in the respect that it possesses a ground floor equipped with a hall, dinning room, kitchen and living room, a first floor with four bedrooms, toilets on the mezzanine and an attic bellow the roof, decorated with prefabricated "trencadís" rosettes.
