While the caretaker´s lodge was to be used as accomodation and, as such, had to follow a ruled structure, the administration lodge had a less concrete function, which meant that Gaudí could carry out a much more daring design. His oval ground plan possessed walls of curved profile whose rustic decoration contrasts with the roof´s sparkling ceramic work.
