Dutch, Somali born, politica, script writer of the film Submission 1, which pays attention to the abuse of women in the name of Islam (litterally meaning Submission-to Allah). This movie raised eyebrows in our politically correct press, ans also in the Muslim community, so the maker of the movie (Theo van Gogh) got ritually slaughtered in the centre of Amsterdam in broad daylight by a well educated Dutch born Moroccan. Attached to his body was a message in which Ayaan was threatened to death. So she went in hiding abroad.
