The bas-relief in salt rock "Massacre Of The Innocents" by Tomasz Markowski, younger brother of Jozef.
The Chapel Of St. Kinga is located 101 meters below ground on the 2nd level, it is 54 meters long and 15m wide. Constructed in 1896, designed by architect Józef Markowski, carved out of salt rock.
The chapel has been ornamented by miners who taught themselves the art of carving in salt. There are altars, wall friezes and statues all around.
