We had for lunch this delicious traditional dish at the small village, in a real Berber house.
Tajines in Moroccan cuisine are slow-cooked stews braised at low temperatures, resulting in tender meat with aromatic vegetables and sauce.
They are traditionally cooked in the tajine pot, formed entirely of a heavy clay.
Tajine combines lamb or chicken with a medley of vegetables and seasonings.
