The house was built at the beginning of the 17th century.
It owes its present shape and decor to the remodelling carried out in 1665-1674 by Jan Wilczek, a town councilor.
The owner's initials and low relief effigy are still visible on the elevation.
The Baroque decor includes also a low relief featuring angels' heads and Madonna.
