People come to the river to observe how high is the water.
Warsaw has been hit today by the crest of flooded Vistula River, after days of floods in Southern Poland which have already claimed at least 10 lives.
Up to 25,000 people elsewhere in Poland have been evacuated from their homes and thousands of acres of farmland swamped. It's the biggest flood in our country for hundreds years.
Officials in Warsaw warn residents that the river may rise to 1.5 metres above the alarm level wich is 6.5 metres (19 feet), the river dykes are weak in several places and may not hold it.
This place on the photo usually is a path to the bank of Wisla river (where the trees are in the bg), now all flooded.
