The palms are inseparable part of Polish culture and tradition during Easter time.
They are made using traditional materials such as: desiccated flowers, grass, corns and herbs.
On this outdoor mini market you can see Polish palms brought to Warsaw from Vilnius region (Lithuania) where still many Poles live (over 18% in Vilnius itself).
They are carefully constructed from dry flowers (usually straw flowers called in Polish niesmiertelnik which means "immortal") as well as from different corn ears.
