I know where this is ! It's the Sydney monorail - I remember standing on this street corner. Did you take the pic from the top of the tower ?

This reminds me of those future impressions I used to see in comics as a kid. Every major city would have an ariel monorail emerging from office blocks on Level 6. And all the secretaries looked like Lady Penelope.
