And, they've blown everything to the left. :)

Crivens, the wind's bent the trees!!!
Sheila09-Dec-2011 08:58
Heard on the news about the terrible winds in Scotland, hope you didn't cop it too badly.
Looks like these two are used to it.
Máire Uí Mhaicín08-Dec-2011 20:23

Looks such a beautiful peaceful scene Johnny...I hear on our weather forcast that the wild winds are on their way to us from England!...BV

Great shot of the trees and surrounding countryside. These must be really tough trees. V
globalgadabout08-Dec-2011 04:30
sometimes it's best to lean with the conditions...at least until a quieter moment..
Faye White07-Dec-2011 22:47
They have survived, though!
Sheena Woodhead07-Dec-2011 22:42
The two trees look as though they have been in the wind for a long time. A very windy place I imagine!
tinkerb07-Dec-2011 22:17
I only see one! Its intersting it looks like the tree on the left early in its life must have been canted over and since try to grow vertically.
Zak07-Dec-2011 22:05
if the forecast at you tomorrow is anything like ours then there will be plenty of wind blowing!
Mairéad07-Dec-2011 21:47
No need to ask where the prevailing wind comes from.
J. Scott Coile07-Dec-2011 21:34
...as they have for centuries...
Stephanie07-Dec-2011 21:26
Looks like beautiful weather there! :)
laine07-Dec-2011 21:24
yeah, just not from all directions at once... :)
Phillip Normanton07-Dec-2011 21:18
I bet it wants to be a lean-to when it grows up :o)
marie-jose wolff07-Dec-2011 20:53
the tortuous shape of the trees suggests that these hills are very windy! V
