Angel Watching the Dartmoor Sun Set

'Actually... I'm more interested in what might be living under those rocks...
But the guy behind the camera says the light is really something else at this
time of the evening as it is coming at such a low angle and throwing interesting
shadows. He won't be able to photograph the sun as a disc though.. even I wouldn't try to
look directly at that.'

A truly remarkable photo. The lighting is gorgeous and with Angel looking into the distance, it is quite evocative. V.

Many thanks for taking a look. These difficult lighting shots are often worth working on . Our eyes can handle about 15 stops but the digital sensor only up to 8 if we're lucky.
