I went to the 25th annual Wings Over Houston Airshow on October 31. I am pretty sure that I also attended the first one. My sons and I have attended many of them over the years. This year the weather was great for attendees. It was sunny and cloudless. Also about 70F. Nice day to be there. For photographers, shooting the flying is hard. The show line is north-south. That means you are shooting into the sun. I did what I could and really learned a lot. As an aside, I was astonished to find that I had taken 2569 photos when I got home and downloaded them. Many are destined for the dust bin. Although I took my time to set up for the shot, lots of times you get skunked.
Sorry it too so long to check out your gallery. It sure was great weather last year and a wonderful show. I'll be going again this year. Last year was my first time. Now I'm hooked. Nice set!
