Our ISP has been Roadrunner, but they got bought by Comcast. Well, the SOBs at comcast just had to change our email addresses. This is a huge pain in the a$$. So I spent a bunch of time screwing around with it today.
As a Comcast customer for a few years, I have found the ISP service to be good-to-excellent. However, as a cable TV provider, Comcast is awful: the idiots just changed the TV screen menus for the second time and the new system is terrible. Does the customer matter?---NO. Excuse me for getting distracted. I feel your pain.
