Evidence of Alien Molting

070426_007AP.jpg

I had the shock of my life this morning when I went outside and found this alien molted head in the driveway. I hadn't really thought about is, but I guess they actually do shed their skin on a regular basis. Now here is the interesting part. We are complicitous in the thing. They realized many years ago that disposing of the molted skin might become a problem as their ranks on earth swelled with new arrivals. MIB really doesn't tell the WHOLE story. They would lead you to believe that there may only be a few throusand around. Not so. As a matter of fact the molting became such a problem that they decided they might have to sell the molted skin (which is quite plastic-like in its properties) as mannequins. And sure enough an industry was born. Just think of all that dead alien skin in Macy's or Harrods. Kinda creepy, but the truth is often creepy. Or perhaps just plain weird. Or wrong. Heck I don't know. This alien research is starting to get to me. I need a break. I think I will plan a consultation with agent listorama. I need to clear my head. Or his. Later.

I think we need not worry too much about these aliens. One mustn't lose one's head ... 'tres gauche' as Jacque Chirac always says.

John, when I was actually working in the lab we had a device called a rubber policeman. It was a little rubber doohickey that you put on a stirring rod to reach into a flask or beaker to police out all the last bits of the chemical which you had just recrystallized.

the great spring alien molt. this is when they are most vulnerable. i've "takne a few to the cleaners" myself. you can tell an alien before they lose their skin, by looking at [censored]. then just [censored]. it's easy.

Fear not John, this is not from an Alien. It is a discarded piece of a plastic policeman.
We have hundreds of them walking the streets of London. They are vastly cheaper than real policeman. When the batteries go flat they are recycled. This old head obviously fell off the back of a lorry.

Agent Listorama at your service. You need not worry about clearing my head: the most recent X-ray of said appendage showed nothing.
