I had a busy day. All of the old cylinders have been removed and all the other stuff has been dismantled. A very satisfying situation. I found one exhaust riser that needs to be replaced which I will order in the morning. All it takes is money. So tomorrow I will start the reassembly. That involves setting up the new cylinders. One thing you need to do is hone the cylinder barrels. I have done that before, no biggie. The only problem was that we don't have a cylinder hone. I told Bloke that and he said he was pretty certain that the new cylinders had already been honed. The only way to find out was to have a look. Yes, the new cylinders have been very nicely honed. That saves a little work. Today's photo is of one of the new cylinders and you can see the nice honing job.
