I was not the only one in the hangar pulling maintenance this week. Bloke put a new throttle control in the Cherokee, so we had to take it out for a test. Being in the back of the hangar at the time, we had to pull out the Swift and the Cessna to get it out. The weather was pretty crappy, ceiling about 1500 and a good crosswind. I embarrassed myself with a perfectly crappy landing to match the crappy weather.

Crappy landing,,,thats why I dont fly.
Now I often park the van crappily, but there is a good chance I will always walk away from it. Yup, I just love driving.

Thanks, Dave, you are so considerate. I noticed in the manual, however, that agents are permitted one crappy landing per millennium. Therefore, it will be a long, long time before I do it again. That's what the manual says. It is always right. Isn't it?

I promise not to tell anyone that you made a crappy landing. :-)
