Today was the day that my latest two batches of whisky were finished. I filtered off the oak and charcoal and cut them back to 80 proof. It was time for a tasting, and I used Old Pulteney as a control. I am sorry to admit that although I like whisky, I really don't have much of an expert tasting ability. I think the OP is a lot better, but I am not sure if #7 and #8 are any good at all. I have to find a local whisky snob to give me a report.
