Ginny's dad and I went for a drive out to Hagg Lake. This is a reservoir that holds water for several municipalities as well as for irrigation for farms in the Tualitan Valley. It was a very big project which Ginny's dad was a great supporter of. I think it was finished in the late 1970s. As a result of this project the already fertile land is now adequately watered making for a great combination. Of course, if ag prices hadn't cratered, things would be a lot better. I got a chuckle out of this shot. The lone fisherman seems to have the entire lake to himself.
