Wherever you are in Portsmouth you can see this tower.
I would love to go to the top and take some photos.
Tried to find the entrance four times, no luck yet.

Larry, at the top there is a glass floor for brave people to stand on and look straight down 350 feet to the ground. If I ever find the entrance that is what I will do.
