John, some years ago the Portsmouth council asked the police how they could stop local builders from stealing the shingle off of the beaches, at the time i seem to remember someone suggested they should put down a larger aggregate,clever thinking a?, (hampshire motto, hampshire born hampshire breed,thick in the arm and thick in the head--now it all makes sence).
