Within last 3 months Remote camera

7 years wait for this shot.

I have had a camera in this tunnel for 7 years with an infrared trigger.
This is the first time it has operated.
Now I know something is down there, I will upgrade to a better camera.
This thing was just out of reach of the flash, plus lots of dust on the lens, made a poor shot.
But it has done its job and proved something is there.
You can guess its size by the curve of the tunnel.
The tunnel is almost 6 foot in diameter.

Dave the check is in the post, Larry has personally guaranteed it wil be delivered.
Although he did refuse to give a delivery date, I though that was a bit suspicious.

Personally, I would state, this looks nothing like a person on a skateboard.
Its about a foot wide, and six inches high.
Very few skateboarders look like that.
The new hi-res camera with a zoom lens and much more powerful flash is installed and awaiting. Watch this space.
PS it is now fitted with an auto lens cleaning device.

Seven years is a long time. Patience is a necessary characteristic of anyone involved in covert activities or oddball scientific projects. The skateboarding idea mentioned by Mr. Briggs is the perfect ruse because it is so plausible: the thing in there DOES look like a person on a skateboard, wearing a helmet. We have been monitoring the same space for nine years and this is not the first time something was documented there. For the appropriate financial consideration (no British currency!) we might share some of our knowledge with you. Our camera lenses are cleaned automatically.
