John, I have spent many hundreds of hours on Harlyn beach, and others close by.
My life has not been totally wasted.

Well, I pulled out my AA Road Atlas of Great Britain to find Harlyn Bay. Sure enough it is right there close to Trevone. From the location of the place as well as the look of the people in the pictures, it seems it might come up a bit shy of tropical. I personally have never found going to the beach very fun. Going to the beach and freezing would more than double the unfun-ness. But a good time was had by all, I am sure.
