Ingredients:

one small wire-works radio,
suspended by a piece of string above a sheet of white paper;
one camera;
one lens;
one off-camera flash;
one blue-coloured "uv"-type lighting tube
(as sold in computer stores); and
... some patience and some time.

The photograph was then taken pretty much in pitch dark with only the
blue UV light source - and one short flash burst.
