I just wanted to say that I discovered your galleries two or three years back and fell in love with the galleries of you and Paige. Looks as if you've each found the right person. I've looked in from time to time to see how you're both doing. I hope Paige has recovered from the hip surgery and that you both are not too sad over the loss of your dog Rye. All the best to you both.
John, you have an amazing collection. See you next year at Sebring.
very personal work John! Loved browsing through it. Thanks for sharing, Regi.
As a fellow race enthusiast I am impressed with the quality of the images. I have been around drag racing for close to 20 years. I have recently started to venture into other forms of racing. I went to my first road race this year at Mid-Ohio and had the time of my life. I was able to get some images of the LeMans LMP and GT1 and GT2 cars. Thank you for sharing yours.
Thanks for your comments and it is good to be back.
I am not shooting as much glamour as I used to because it has been mostly free shoots. I would spend all day shooting (myself and a friend) and then the rest of the week re-touching and printing photos for the girls. Lots of time spent.
Keep up the photography
PS. I see that you live in Sarasots. Do you belong to the Dimage club?????
If you e-mail me back do so at firstname.lastname@example.org I look at those e-mails more often.
John,I really enjoy those lovely racing photos that you posted in this site. Thank You so much!!!
John, I have commented on your images as a guest. Now I have my own account:
It contains about 200 images from the first few days of a road trip from the Seattle area to Moab, Utah. I'm slowly adding more images. I hope you find the pictures interesting. Thanks. ---Dave
Really enjoyed your AMLS photo's. When you are at Petit this year, stop buy the Panoz Corral, and say "hi".
John, your photos of your dog Rye are great. I was getting ready to tell you how much I enjoyed "the early work" (it takes me back), but then I saw Rye's gallery. What a fine dog. I've always liked dogs better--until I ended up with a tuxedo cat named Kitty: www.pbase.com/pestbouncer
I'm brand new to pbase and don't know if posting url's is kosher, but I have other stuff up at: www.pbase.com/photoarrow
But getting back to you, John, that is certainly a huge body of professional work you have there. I would place a bet that you are from the Bay Area also... The race shots are great. Best regards, Donald Kinney
I saw your comment on Bill's site about the sun not rising when we were away, what a cute thing to say. I enjoyed visiting your galleries, thanks for sharing.....even if the glamour shots are password protected! Keep on shooting and may you always capture the moment!
Enjoyed your gallery and will stop by often. I've added you to my favorites. Keep up the nice work.
You have a great collection of photos on-line. Well composed pictures and beautiful colors.
