Problem was that the lens was wobbling in the outerbody and caused unsharp handheld images.
The 2 skrews that hold the innerbody on the outerbody were tight, so the problem was inside.
Unscrew the middle adjusting-screw (marked with red arow) a few turns and after unscrewing the 2 other ones , slide the innerbody out.
