This is in the Museum of Genocide Victims, located in the former KGB HQ. Much of it is supposedly just as they left it, bags of shred and all. I find that hard to believe, given the sentiments of the Lithuanians. It makes for fun visiting, though! This is one of the torture chambers in the basement. The floor is filled with ice water. The prisoner stands on the pedestal in the center until he/she falls asleep and steps into the ice water. Then he/she wakes back up instantly and gets back on the pedestal and the cycle is repeated.
