I found this dragonfly in the grass near the filtration plant when I almost stepped on him. His wings were covered with water droplets, and he was sitting in the shade where it would take a long time for him to dry off and warm up. I picked him up, managed to snap this shot with my left hand, then placed him on a leaf in the sun where he could dry off.
