I've heard of sewer rats, but never sewer chipmunks! This fella ducked into a hole in this manhole cover when I came too close then popped back out a moment later.

This is too cute! Such an unusual setting for a chipper!! I wonder what is under that manhole cover because you'd think the chipper would have fallen a long ways down to land in foul water by going in the hole.
