When making Thai Khanom Khrok, you should ideally aim to fill all the depressions in the pan. This should guide you to choose the right pan for your khanom Krok too. The two mixtures that are poured into the pan are not, poured in together. So when adding the base mixture to the pan, make sure that you fill to just 2/3 of the depression size.
