Let It Rain Converted

K's Mom asked that I convert the image to b&w and leave the umbrella red.
So, I did.
Next step, I think I will crop me out of there!

I agree stay in the pix - is that the Bon-Ton window? - I tried the same shot last year with SB but didn't like the results......
