I love this texture...there is the coarseness on the larger scale, but also the fine ridges and grooves on the surface of each of these lumps.
Then, there is the play between the light and shadows...light reflecting off the shiny surface but also the glow that is emitting from within.
Or, it's what the salad bar looks like when you stay at the restaurant a little too late.
