The days have gotten quite short. We are once again in the season of not seeing daylight, leaving before sunrise and returning after the sun has set. Temperatures have dropped and the rain has been falling for a day.
As I pulled up into the driveway, I was greated by the firey yellows and reds of these leaves on the ground. They are giving off their last light, soon to fade away into winter.
