On the way home from the convention the traffic through downtown was going slow. The reason was a group of 200 or more people (men and women) in red dresses (some with blonde wigs) were running around downtown. This was an absolutely bizarre sight. I happened to have my camera with me, but the low light and me stuck in my car, this was the best picture I could take. If I had my digital back then, I wuld have been able to change my settings and getting a much better picture. As today, I never found any media record of this occurring. I would have thought 200 people in red dresses would have shown up some where.
