After many flights from Lisbon/London and back, we finally took a job in India.
Having had enough of Lufthansa, decided to see if Swiss was similar to the fabulous Swissair:
What a disappointment! Even in Business, as I got Miles to upgrade, nothing to be happy about, and what is worst, a very rude crew! Unforgiven, particularly in Business...
I would fly with them 4 times in total, enough!
