Although I've been to Japan some times before, I didn't come to Kyoto. Therefore, I was very eager to see and photograph Kinkakuji, the Golden Pavilion again! Unfortunately, and without any previous warning in those days with not too much internet, it was under deep repairs, and completely covered in plastics...

But, in fact, if I had to choose from all my 1000's, this might be my best photograph!
