Some words, in many languages, have a complete different meaning, and sometimes even very very incovenient....!
Nowhere so much as in Japan... This drink (of a peculiar taste), KAGOME means literally in Portuguese, "I shite in my pants". Associating this horrible drink with diarrhoea is not so far fetched....
They also have a very famous restaurant called "Sovaco", which means "smelly armpit" in Portuguese (I'll post a photo when I can...)
This is dedicated to my sons, who love these kind of things...
