Someone should tell that to the GOP and Dem of the US Congress! I just realized what Congress means!!! You have the positive called ... PRO, then you have the negative called CON, as in Pros and Cons! Instead of calling the House Progress, they called it Congress! No wonder nothing gets done that and they are dragging us all in their ineptitude.
