The fuel outlet in the venturi next to the slide is about 5mm above the top of the float chamber.
The top of the float chamber is about 8mm above the height of the fuel. The fuel must be pulled up by 12-14mm to run the motor as a result.
The sealing surface is ~10mm below the height of the fuel.
