On our third (last) day at the lodge, almost no fish were running. In one 90 minute timeframe we saw a total of two fish attempt to jump the falls. Obviously, with few fish running, there were very few being caught, and when they were it tended to cause an argument over who should get it. As you will see, I also tried a few slow shutter shots as while waiting for a fish, the bears would sometimes stand very still. This allow me to get that silky water look. Also, while someone who just came for this one day might not have seen as much fish catching, there were still plenty of bears to be seen. Even a mother with two very young cub coming along the beach and them cutting right through the lodge between buildings. So it was still a great day!
