The patch (right of center above the door) covered what used to be the speaker.

I do remembered coming to Camp at the beginning of summer and notice that the Salon looked larger. Esther Marino told me there was one in the middle of Camp. Now I don't know if it was the same one moved or they just made another larger.

Here is probably the last good photo of the Salon taken in July of 1991.
Less then two years later it was knocked down. I think Esther told me the kids were abusing the structure.

The bungalow next to the salon in photo was the Gazinski's, across from
the Garay bungalow. Bobby and Karen lived there, Karen was friends with
my sister Cathy. They stayed there mostly with their grandparents, I do
not remember their names but we did call the Grandma, "Combat Boots"
because she always wore high top laced up boots. When I think of her
now, I visualize the little old lady from the show,"The Hillbillies",
she looked just like her.
